AF 4843 Kevin Dural for Congress and Kyra Goldberg, in official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $8,165.
AF 4844 Alex Balekian for Congress and Alex Arto Balekian, in official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $6,349.
AF 4846 Eugene Yu for Congress District 4 and Vanessa E. Arriola, in official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $139.
AF 4848 Ron Quince for Congress and Susan Ramos, in official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $16,327.
AF 4849 Santos Limon for Congress and Santos Limon, in official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $2,304.
AF 4851 Thomas Cole for Congress and Thomas Cole, in official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed no civil penalty.
AF 4853 Vargas for Congress and Jessica Lathrop, in official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $4,442.
AF 4854 Vern Buchanan for Congress and David T. Meredith, in official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $9,242.
AF 4855 Troy Carter for Congress and Gregory C. Carter, in official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $7,185.
Litigation
National Republican Senatorial Committee, et al. v. FEC, et al. (Case No. 24-621) On June 6, the Department of Justice filed a Response to the Motion for Leave to Intervene and Petitioners filed a Response to the Motion of the DNC, DSCC, and DCCC for Leave to Intervene in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Contribution Limits: In addition to the current limits, the Commission has posted an archive of contribution limits that were in effect going back to the 1975-1976 election cycles.

This publication identifies the federal and state agencies responsible for the disclosure of campaign finances, lobbying, personal finances, public financing, candidates on the ballot, election results, spending on state initiatives, and other financial filings.
The Presidential Election Campaign Fund Tax Checkoff Chart provides information on balance of the Fund, monthly deposits into the Fund reported by the Department of the Treasury, payments from the Fund as certified by the FEC, and participation rates of taxpayers as reported by the Internal Revenue Service.
