1. Find reason to believe Casey Askar for Congress and Rob Phillips III in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(3)(E) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.3(a)(4)(iv), (d)(4) by failing to file complete and accurate reports regarding the line of credit from Northern Bank.
2. Direct the Office of General Counsel to draft an appropriate Factual and Legal Analysis supporting recommendation #1.
3. Authorize the Office of General Counsel to engage in pre-probable cause conciliation.
