Dismiss the allegation that Leadership for Educational Equity, New Politics Leadership Academy, and Center for New American Security violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) by making a prohibited corporate contribution. 2. Dismiss the allegation that Daniel Feehan and Friends of Dan Feehan and Meghan Maes in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) by knowingly accepting or receiving a prohibited corporate contribution. 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated July 21, 2021. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
