k. Authorize the Office of General Counsel to seek a written waiver of confidentiality from the respondents pursuant to 52 U.C.S. § 30109(a)(12)(a) solely for the limited purpose of informing the complainant of the Commission’s action of today in this matter.
l. To make such a disclosure to the complainant should the respondents grant such a written waiver of confidentiality and to the extent that the court exercises additional jurisdiction over this matter, the Office of General Counsel is approved to notify the court of the Commission’s action of June 25, 2020, in this matter.
