COMMISSION MEETINGS AND HEARINGS

ENFORCEMENT
The Commission made public one closed case, two Statements of Reasons and a Supplemental Statement of Reasons, as follows. For more information, see the case documents in the Enforcement Query System.
MUR 6402
MUR 6396 – Crossroads Grassroots Policy Strategies. On December 30, Commissioner Steven T. Walther issued a Supplemental Statement of Reasons.
LITIGATION
Independence Institute v. FEC (Case 14-5249). On December 29, the Appellant filed a Reply in Support of Its Motion for Summary Reversal in the United States Court of Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
FEDERAL REGISTER
On December 29, the Commission published Technical Amendments and Corrections to the Code of Federal Regulations in the Federal Register.
