New coordinated party expenditure limits and lobbyist bundling threshold
The Commission has announced the coordinated party expenditure limits for 2022: $55,000 for House nominees ($109,900 in those states with only one Congressional district) and between $109,900 and $3,348,500 for Senate nominees. The limits for Senate races vary by state—see the chart on our coordinated party expenditure web page for the complete list of limits.
Form 3L filers take note: the lobbyist bundling disclosure threshold has increased to $20,200 for calendar year 2022.
