Last-minute disclosure periods reminder

With the November 8 general election approaching, many filers may be required to submit additional notices to disclose last-minute activity.
- Campaign committees must disclose within 48 hours any contribution of $1,000 or more received between October 20 and November 5. Visit our page on 48-Hour Notices for more information.
- PACs, party committees and others making independent expenditures that aggregate $1,000 or more for the same race between October 20 and November 6 must file 24-Hour Reports.
