Last-minute disclosure periods begin

October 16, 2020

With the November 3 general election approaching, many filers may be required to submit additional notices to disclose last-minute activity.

  • Campaign committees must disclose within 48 hours any contribution of $1,000 or more received between October 15 and October 31. Visit our page on 48-Hour Notices for more information.
  • PACs, party committees and others making independent expenditures that aggregate $1,000 or more between October 15 and November 1 must file 24-Hour Reports.
