Do I have to file a pre-general report?

Monthly filers and authorized committees of a candidates running in the 2020 general election must file a 12-Day Pre-General Election Report, due Thursday, October 22. If you are a quarterly filing PAC or party committee, you must file a pre-general report only if your committee made contributions or expenditures in connection with the general election between October 1 and October 14, 2020. (Please note that monthly filing PACs/party committees also must file their regular monthly report covering September on Tuesday, October 20.)
