FEC to host May 16-17 Candidate Committee Webinar

April 17, 2023

Next month, the FEC will conduct two days of training for federal candidates and their campaign committees. If you’re newer to campaign finance regulations, you may choose to attend the Basics for Beginners session on Tuesday, May 16 (from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Eastern Time). The webinar continues on Wednesday, May 17 with two Candidate Committee Operations workshops (from 1:00-4:15 p.m. Eastern Time). Those with more experience may choose Option 2, which includes only the Wednesday afternoon sessions. During this live, interactive webinar, FEC staff will delve into the federal campaign finance rules relevant to candidate committees, and discuss raising contributions, joint fundraising, use of campaign funds, means of candidate support, reporting scenarios and more. Attendance is limited so register soon to reserve your spot!
