Preliminary List of Primary Dates for 2016 Now Available

. The Commission has posted a preliminary list of presidential and congressional primary dates for 2016 for your planning purposes. Please note that this list is tentative and subject to change, and that questions about a state's primary process and ballot access rules should be directed to that state's election office. In regard to filing FEC pre-election reports, a list of pre-primary FEC reporting dates (and other reporting deadlines for 2016) will be made available in early 2016.
