Post-Thanksgiving FEC filing reminder

November 25, 2024

The arrival of the holiday season offers little respite from FEC filing obligations. Just one week after Thanksgiving, all PACs, party committees and 2024 general election candidates must file a 30-Day Post-General Report, due December 5. The report includes all activity from the close of books for the committee's last report through November 25.

Staff in the FEC’s Reports Analysis Division and Electronic Filing Office will be available until 8:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 5 to help filers with any last-minute questions.
