One-Stop Shopping for Recent Legal Developments

The Commission has launched a new web page designed to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest legal developments on key campaign finance issues. Currently, the page includes information regarding the recent Citizens United, SpeechNow and EMILY's List court decisions and the FEC's response to them, as well as other pending or recently completed matters involving the Commission. Links to legal documents are supplemented by RECORD newsletter summaries, E-Learning presentations and other relevant materials.
