Nonfederal fundraising by federal candidates and officeholders

September 11, 2017

Federal candidates and officeholders who wish to help state and local candidates and party organizations raise money for these races must limit their solicitations to federally permissible funds. For more information, please visit our "Fundraising for candidates, committees and other organizations" web page.
