New version of FECFile released

August 20, 2018

The FEC has released a new version of its free software, FECFile (v.8.3). After August 15, 2018, only filings formatted in Version 8.3 will be accepted.

Current FECFile users need only open their software (beginning August 15) and accept the automatic update. Committees using commercial filing software should contact their vendors for more information about the latest release.
