Last chance to comment on Internet disclaimer NPRM

The Commission requests public comment by Friday, May 25, on two alternative proposals to amend its rules regarding disclaimers on public communications on the Internet that contain express advocacy, solicit contributions, or are made by political committees.  All comments must be submitted in writing, either electronically or on paper. Please visit the pending rulemakings webpage for links to the Federal Register notice, disclaimer proposals applied to sample ads, comment portal, and an instructional video on how to submit comments.
