June Filing Reminder

June 12, 2012

Committees that file monthly have a report due Wednesday, June 20, covering the month of May 2012. Quarterly filers' next scheduled report is due July 15, and covers the second quarter of 2012. Unlike monthly filers, quarterly filers that make contributions or expenditures in connection with special or primary elections may also have to file additional pre- and/or post-election reports. Thus, quarterly filers should refer to the FEC's compliance map if they make contributions/expenditures for special or primary elections, to determine if an additional report is required.
