Georgia special elections reporting: 13th Congressional District (2026)

Georgia has scheduled special elections to fill the U.S. House seat in the 13th Congressional District held by the late Representative David Scott. The Special General Election will be held on July 28, 2026, and the Special Runoff Election, if necessary, will be held on August 25, 2026.
Participating candidates must file additional reports in connection with these elections. PACs and party committees that do not file monthly and make previously undisclosed contributions or expenditures in connection with the special elections must also file additional reports.
