The Commission will host two full afternoons of FECFile workshops next month to help committees prepare their April quarterly or monthly reports. These expanded webinars will include basic and advanced FECFile sessions for political action committees (PACs) and party committees on April 3, and for candidate committees on April 4.
During the basic sessions, FEC staff will cover FECFile fundamentals, including setting up the committee data file, entering receipts and disbursements and submitting reports. The advanced sessions will dive into more complex transactions, including earmarked contributions, independent expenditures and joint fundraising activity.
Webinar information
These live, interactive training events will take place online via Zoom Webinar. An email containing a link to workshop materials, technical information, and log-in instructions will be sent to registered participants the day before the webinar.
