Early December Special Election Reports Due

November 30, 2009

There are two special elections with reports due this Thursday, December 3, covering activity from October 15 through November 23. In New York's 23rd District, the post-general report is due, and in California's 10th District, the post-runoff report is due. (PACs/party committees supporting or opposing candidates in these elections should review these Federal Register notices [NY23] /[CA10] to determine their filing requirements.)
