Massachusetts Senate Special Election Reports Due This Week

November 23, 2009

Pre-primary reports are due Thursday (Thanksgiving), November 26, for authorized committees participating in the Massachusetts Senate special primary election. Please note that the Commission does not have statutory authority to extend filing deadlines even if they occur on a federal holiday, so plan accordingly. PACs/party committees supporting or opposing candidates in this election should review this Federal Register notice to determine their filing requirements.
