Don't Forget Your SSF Solicitation Notices!

No matter how your separate segregated fund (SSF or PAC) solicits individuals for contributions, it must inform them of the PAC's political purpose and their right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. If you suggest a contribution amount, you must clarify that it is only a suggestion, and that giving more, less or not at all will neither benefit nor disadvantage the donor.
