District Court issues opinion in  Hispanic Leadership Fund, Inc. v. FEC

WASHINGTON – The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia issued its Memorandum Opinion and Order in Hispanic Leadership Fund, Inc. v. FEC (Case 1:12-cv-00893-TSE-TRJ).
