District Court issues opinion in Stop This Insanity, Inc. Employee Leadership Fund, et al. v. FEC

WASHINGTON – The United States District Court for the District of Columbia issued its Memorandum Opinion Monday in Stop This Insanity, Inc. Employee Leadership Fund, et al. v. FEC (Case 1:12-cv-01140-BAH), denying the plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction and granting the Federal Election Commission’s motion to dismiss.
