Accept the signed conciliation agreement with The Moderate PAC, Inc. and Marysue Strong in her official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the Memorandum to the Commission dated April 24, 2024.2. Approve the appropriate letter.3. Find reason to believe that The Moderate PAC, Inc. and Marysue Strong in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30104(b), (g). c. Enter into conciliation with The Moderate PAC, Inc. and Marysue Strong in her official capacity as treasurer prior to a finding of probable cause to believe. d. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated December 14, 2023.e. Approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated December 14, 2023.f. Approve the appropriate letter.
