DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-1 to take the following action, subject to the Notice of Errata dated July 17, 2023, in the above-captioned matter:1. Find no reason to believe that Kim Klacik for Congress and Bradley T. Crate in his official capacity as treasurer and Kimberly Klacik violated 52 U.S.C. § 30114(b) by converting campaign funds to personal use.2. Find no reason to believe that Kim Klacik for Congress and Bradley T. Crate in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.9 by accepting an excessive contribution.3. Find no reason to believe that Dickinson Wright PLLC violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a)(1) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.1(b)(1) by making an excessive contribution.4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated June 23, 2023.5. Approve the appropriate letters.6. Close the file.
