DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MURs 7830 and 7913: 1. Dismiss the complaints consistent with the Commission’s prosecutorial discretion to determine the proper ordering of its priorities and use of agency resources. Heckler v. Chaney, 470 U.S. 821, 831-32 (1985), as recommended in the EPS Dismissal Report dated February 4, 2022. 2. Close the files. 3. Send the appropriate letters.
