The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7905: 1. Find reason to believe that Robert George Lucero Jr. violated 52 U.S.C.§§ 30102(c), 30102(d), and 30104(b) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 102.9, 104.3(a), 104.3(b) and 104.14 by failing to keep complete records and file accurate reports with the Commission. 2. Find no reason to believe that Robert George Lucero Jr. violated 52 U.S.C. § 30102(b)(3) and 11 C.F.R. § 102.15 by commingling Committee funds and personal funds. 3. Enter into conciliation with Robert George Lucero Jr. prior to a finding of probable cause to believe. 4. Approve the Conciliation Agreement for Robert George Lucero Jr., as recommend in the First General Counsel’s Report dated March 15, 2022. 5. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommend in the First General Counsel’s Report dated March 15, 2022. 6. Approve the appropriate letters.
