DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7707: 1. Dismiss the allegations that American Muscle Car Museum, Inc. made and Mark Judson Pieloch consented to the making of a prohibited in-kind contribution, in violation of 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a). 2. Dismiss the allegations that Bill Posey accepted a prohibited in-kind contribution in violation of 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a). 3. Dismiss the allegations that Friends of Bill Posey and Nancy H. Watkins in her official capacity as treasurer accepted and failed to report prohibited in-kind contributions in violation of 52 U.S.C. §§ 30118(a) and 30104(b). 4. Find no reason to believe that Friends of Bill Posey and Nancy H. Watkins in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b) by failing to report contributions received and expenditures made at the relevant campaign events. 5. Dismiss the allegations that Mark Judson Pieloch and Tetiana Pieloch made and Bill Posey received, excessive in-kind contributions in violation of 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a) and (f). 6. Dismiss the allegations that Friends of Bill Posey and Nancy H. Watkins in her official capacity as treasurer accepted and failed to report excessive contributions in violation of 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(f), and 30104(b). 7. Approve the Factual & Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated September 2, 2020, subject to the edits last circulated by Vice Chair Walther and Commissioners Broussard and Weintraub on January 24, 2022 at 1:09 p.m. 8. Approve the appropriate letters. 9. Close the file.
