Accept the signed Conciliation Agreement with Steven Palazzo and Palazzo for Congress and Paul Kilgore in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the Memorandum to the Commission dated December 11, 2024. 2. Approve the appropriate letters. 3. Close the file effective 30 days from the date the certification of this vote is signed (or on the next business day after the 30th day, if the 30th day falls on a weekend or holiday).
