DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7482: 1. Dismiss the allegation that Marsha for Senate and Les Williamson in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(f) or 30118(a) by knowingly accepting excessive or prohibited contributions in the form of coordinated communications. 2. Dismiss the allegation that Club for Growth Action and Adam Rozansky in his official capacity as treasurer, Senate Leadership Fund and Caleb Crosby in his official capacity as treasurer, and Americans for Prosperity violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(a) or 30118(a) by making excessive or prohibited contributions in the form of coordinated communications. 3. Dismiss the allegation that Ward Baker violated the Act. 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated June 14, 2019, subject to the edits circulated by counsel to the Democratic and Independent Commissioners on June 7, 2021 at 4:01 p.m. 5. Approve the appropriate letters. 6. Close the file.
