Dismiss the allegations that Jacky Rosen and Rosen for Nevada and Steven Mele in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(f) and 30104(b) by knowingly accepting and failing to report excessive in-kind contributions in the form of third-party payments for legal expenses. 3.
