Weintraub dated July 24, 2019.

The Commission failed by a vote of 2-0, subject to the Notice of Errata Memorandum dated March 7, 2019, to:
1. Find reason to believe that Cambridge Analytica LLC violated 52 U.S.C. § 30121 and

2. Find reason to believe that Alexander Nix violated 52 U.S.C. § 30121 and 11 C.F.R.

3. Find reason to believe that Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., and Bradley T. Crate in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30121 and 11 C.F.R. § 110.20(i) (MURs 7350 and 7351).
