DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7352: 1. Find no reason to believe that Gillibrand for Senate and Keith Lowey in his official capacity as treasurer, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Hedley May L.P., or Regina Glocker violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) or 11 C.F.R. § 114.2(b). 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel’s Report dated June 19, 2018 and the appropriate letters. 3. Close the file as to all respondents.
