Dismiss the allegations that Peru Federal Savings Bank, Jonathan Brandt, Brian Towne, and Citizens for Towne State’s Attorney, violated the Act and Commission regulations, pursuant to the Commission’s prosecutorial discretion under Heckler v. Chaney, 470 U.S. 821 (1985). 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel’s Report dated February 6, 2018 and the appropriate letters. 3. Close the file as to all respondents.
