COMPLAINANT:

SUBJECT: Reporting

DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7285: 1. Accept the conciliation agreement with Workers’ Voice and Elizabeth Shuler in her official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the Memorandum from the Acting General Counsel dated March 20, 2018. 2. Approve the appropriate letter. 3. Close the file.
The Commission failed by a vote of 1-3 to: a. Open a MUR and merge RR 14L-34 and RR 16L-18 into the new matter. b. Find reason to believe that Workers’ Voice and Elizabeth Shuler in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(g)(1) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.4(b) and (c). c. Authorize conciliation with Workers’ Voice and Elizabeth Shuler in her official capacity as treasurer prior to a finding of probable cause to believe. d. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated September 27, 2017. e. Approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated September 27, 2017. f. Approve the appropriate letters.
