DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5392: 1.Find no reason to believe that General Wesley K. Clark, Clark for President and Dorian Vanessa Weaver, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(f). 2.Find no reason to believe that the University of Iowa College of Law, the University of Iowa, the University of Iowa Foundation, or the Richard C. Levitt Family Lecture Endowment Fund violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a)(1)(A). 3.Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated May 3, 2004. 4.Close the file.
