Letitia Plummer 2018 and Letitia Plummer, in her official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $1,866.

Day & Zimmermann Inc Federal Pac (aka Day PAC – Federal) and Preston Hawkins, in his official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $234.

Jill Stein for President and Steven Welzer, in his official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $8,613.

Matson, Inc. Federal Election Committee and Benedict J. Bowler, in his official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $108.

Rulemakings and agency procedures
- REG 2018-02 (Leadership PACs’ Personal Use). On November 20, the Commission published the 32 public comments received in response to the Notification of Availability of the Rulemaking Petition on Personal Use of Leadership PAC Funds from the Campaign Legal Center and Issue One.
Public disclosure
- On November 30, the Commission’s Office of Inspector General made public its Semiannual Report to Congress.
Outreach
- On November 29, Vice Chair Weintraub met with American University students to discuss the role and work of the Commission, as well as recent developments in campaign finance law.

- December 5, 2018: The Commission is scheduled to meet in executive session.
- December 6, 2018: The Commission is scheduled to hold an open meeting and meet in executive session.
- December 13, 2018: The Commission is scheduled to hold an open meeting.

The data was compiled from the official vote totals published by state election offices.
