COMMISSION MEETINGS AND HEARINGS On March 11, the Commission held an executive session. No Commission open meetings were held this week. ENFORCEMENT The Commission made public one closed case, as follows. For more information, see the case documents in the Enforcement Query System. MUR 6638 ADMINISTRATIVE FINES The Commission made public three campaign finance enforcement matters that were resolved through its Administrative Fines (AF) program, as follows. For more information, see the case documents in the Enforcement Query System. AF 2620 – John Hernandez for Congress 2012 and Karen Hernandez, in her official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $505. AF 2717 – John Hernandez for Congress 2012 and Karen Hernandez, in her official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $250. AF 2761 – Polish American Leadership Political Action Committee and Janine Pawlus, in her official capacity as treasurer. The Commission made a final determination and assessed a civil penalty of $4,950. OUTREACH On March 11, Chairman Lee E. Goodman discussed the role of the Commission with a group of civic, political, and media leaders from Venezuela as part of the State Department''''s International Visitor Leadership Program.
