On July 7, the plaintiff filed an opposition to the Commission’s motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, motion for summary judgment in United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Van Hollen v. FEC (No. 1:11-cv-00766 (ABJ )). On July 1, the plaintiff filed a Motion for Summary Judgment in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
