ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Commission made public six campaign finance enforcement matters that were resolved through its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program.
ADR 563 – Tennessee Republican Party Federal Election Account and Frank Colvett, in his official capacity as treasurer. The respondent agreed to (1) send a representative to an FEC conference, (2) implement compliance measures and (3) pay a civil penalty of $30,000.
ADR 581 – Senate Conservatives Fund and Barry Wynn, in his official capacity as treasurer. The respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $2,000.
ADR 583 – Americans for New Leadership and Brent Husson, in his official capacity as treasurer. The respondent agreed to (1) implement compliance measures and (2) pay a civil penalty of $2,000.
ADR 585 – Kansas Republican Party and T.C. Andersen, in his official capacity as treasurer. The respondent agreed to (1) implement compliance measures and (2) pay a civil penalty of $6,500.
ADR 587 – National Emergency Medicine PAC and Phyllis Edans, in her official capacity as treasurer. The respondent agreed to (1) implement compliance measures, (2) send a representative to an FEC conference and (3) pay a civil penalty of $2,000.
ADR 609 – John Kennedy for U.S. Senate, Inc., and Keith Davis, in his official capacity as treasurer. The respondent agreed to (1) work with Commission staff to terminate the Committee and (2) pay a civil penalty of $2,376.
