Washington, DC Conference for Corporations and their PACs

The Commission will hold a conference in Washington, DC, on March 9-10, 2010, for corporations and their PACs. At the conference, FEC staff will conduct a variety of technical workshops on federal campaign finance law. Workshops are designed for those seeking an introduction to the basic provisions of the law as well as for those more experienced in campaign finance law. Hotel Information. The conference will be held at the Westin Washington, DC City Center hotel, in downtown Washington, DC, near several Metro subway stations and the K Street corridor. The hotel will charge the prevailing sales tax, currently 14.5 percent. The FEC recommends waiting to make hotel and air reservations until you have received confirmation of your conference registration from Sylvester Management Corporation.
