Updated Corporate/Labor Guide available online

The Commission has updated the Campaign Guide for Corporations and Labor Organizations, which provides a summary of the federal campaign finance laws that apply to corporations, labor organizations, trade associations, membership organizations, and their separate segregated funds (SSFs). The .pdf version is available now and the Commission expects to have printed copies available in the next several weeks. We will post another Tip for Treasurers when paper copies of the Guide are available for ordering.
