Two Emails on Form 1

July 2, 2012

Political committees now have the option to add a second email address to their contact information on FEC Form 1, the Statement of Organization. The Commission added the second address field to Form 1 and to the agency’s disclosure database in response to requests from filers who wanted to receive FEC correspondence at more than one email address. The option is available to all committees—new and existing; candidates, parties and PACs; paper and electronic filers.  Committees should enter one email address in each of the two boxes provided. If your electronic filing software provides only one box, enter both addresses, separated by a comma or semi-colon. Should you have any questions, please contact your committee’s Campaign Finance Analyst at 800-424-9530 (and select option 5).
