February 25, 2019

On Wednesday, February 27, Commission staff will conduct a series of online workshops for corporations and their PACs. Beginners are encouraged to attend both the morning presentation on the basics of the law and the two PAC operations workshops in the afternoon. Those more experienced in campaign finance laws have the option to attend only the afternoon sessions.

On Wednesday, March 13, the Commission will offer a webinar for first-time candidates and potential candidates and their campaign staff. “Candidate 101: Getting Started” will provide an introduction to the campaign finance laws and will cover topics such as candidate registration, treasurer responsibilities, contribution limits and prohibitions, and basic reporting requirements.
