Curious about the procedures our Reports Analysis Division uses when it reviews your committee’s reports?

The FEC’s Review and Referral Procedures for the 2019-2020 Election Cycle establishes the policies governing the selection and review of reports. It also details the standards that establish review and referral thresholds for non-compliance.
