Getting Started FECFile Manual for Candidate CommitteesThe FEC offers two manuals to help electronic filers use the Commission’s free FECFile software:

The manuals include detailed instructions on entering receipts and disbursements into FECFile, and include sections on FECFile troubleshooting and avoiding common mistakes.
