Electioneering communications general election filing period

September 10, 2018

The electioneering communications period for the general election began on Friday, September 7 and runs through November 6. Any person who makes electioneering communications that aggregate more than $10,000 during this time period must file disclosure statements with the Commission within 24 hours of the date the electioneering communication is publicly distributed.
