Committees should make sure that their Statement of Organization (FEC Form 1) is up-to-date. The committee's mailing address and e-mail address are particularly important because the FEC uses those addresses to communicate with the committee. If any information disclosed on the Statement of Organization changes, the committee must file an amendment within 10 days of the change.
