The Cost of Filing Late Just Went Up

The Commission published final rules in July that increased certain civil penalties for inflation, including fines under the Administrative Fines Program for late- or non-filed reports. For more information on the new rules and to see the newly adjusted fine schedules, visit the Commission's Administrative Fine Program web page. Ultimately, the best thing you can do: File your reports on time!
